For 50 kg PP woven valve bags, a standard pallet holds about 40 bags (8 × 5), and a 20 ft container typically loads around 20–24 pallets depending on bag thickness and whether bags are stacked or laid flat. Smaller 25 kg bags can nearly double the per-container count.
As a rule of thumb, a 20 ft container takes roughly 1,000–1,200 pcs of 50 kg woven valve bags, while a 40 ft container roughly doubles that. Block-bottom bags palletize flat and stable, so they often achieve a better load factor than sewn open-mouth bags.
