Internal baffles hold the bag square when filled — higher fill rate, better space use and a cleaner cube for shipping.

A woven PP FIBC with vertical baffles sewn inside. The baffles prevent the bag from bulging round when filled, keeping it a near-perfect cube — so it fits more material, stacks square and uses cargo space better.

Without baffles, a filled round-bottom bag balloons out in the middle, wasting the corners of your truck or container. Baffles sewn at four points pull the fabric inward so the filled bag holds a square footprint — the same volume fits in a smaller footprint and stacks flush against the container wall.
This matters most for granular products shipped by container or palletized for warehousing. Pair a baffle body with a discharge spout to keep the square footprint while emptying directly into a hopper.
Compared with a round bulged bag, a baffle bag keeps a square footprint, so the same container typically loads about 15–20% more, with neater stacking.
