2–3 tonne capacity with a high-tenacity, heavier weave — rated at 8:1 safety factor for the roughest bulk loads.

A woven PP FIBC built for very high loads, with a heavier fabric and stronger sewing for 2–3 tonne capacities and dense, abrasive bulk materials such as ores, aggregates and construction waste.

Heavy-duty bags use a heavier basis weight of woven PP and extra stitching on the seams and loops, so they keep their rating under repeated lifting with dense, sharp-edged material. The 8:1 safety factor means the fabric is rated to carry eight times the stated working load before failure — a common requirement for multi-trip and export-use bags.
For abrasive loads such as crushed ore or construction rubble, we reinforce the seam caps and can add a cross-corner bottom and thicker side panels. Tell us the target payload and stacking height and we size the fabric, loops and safety factor accordingly.
For multi-trip and export heavy-duty bags we usually rate 8:1; single-trip use may be rated 5:1. We size fabric and loops to the payload and stacking requirement you specify.
