Detailed Description
Kraft paper valve bags are the standard packaging for dry-mix mortar, tile adhesive, gypsum, putty powder and cement. We build them from virgin kraft paper in two-ply, three-ply and one-film laminated constructions, with a self-sealing paper valve sized to your filling machine.
All bags are made in-house on our paper-converting lines with precise length and width control. Valve position, print, and ply structure are customised to your recipe weight and packing speed.
Paper grade is selected to your budget — plain or one-film kraft in different GSM. Four valve options available: plain cement-bag valve, ring inner valve, outer valve, or ultrasonic valve.
