Detailed Description

The FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk container) is made from woven polypropylene in round and square styles. Each bag is rated from 0.5 to 3 tons, with 1 ton the most common specification. We manufacture 20+ standard constructions in-house — open top, duffle, fill and discharge spouts, flat bottom, cross-corner loops and baffle bags.

Every bag is engineered around its Safe Working Load: the body, seams and lifting loops are sized so the minimum breaking strength is five times the SWL (5:1), or six to eight times for reusable bags. This margin is what keeps 1-ton cement and aggregate loads safe through lifting, stacking and long ocean transit.

Choose the construction that fits your flow: open top, duffle, fill spout or discharge spout, flat or baffled bottom, with 2- or 4-loop cross-corner lifting. Each production lot is checked for loop welding strength and seam strength before shipment, so the bag you specify is the bag you receive.

  • Cement & clinker, minerals & aggregates
  • Chemicals, resin & powder coatings
  • Fertilizer, seeds & animal feed
  • Food raw materials & construction waste

We produce FIBC to GB/T 10454-2025 — Packaging: Flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs) for non-dangerous goods, aligned with ISO 21898:2024 (effective since 1 March 2026) — and to client specifications, backed by ISO 9001 quality management. Standard delivery is 15–20 days; samples and pre-production confirmations are available before mass production.

Choosing Safety Factor & Construction

For single-trip cement or aggregate logistics we default to a 5:1 safety factor; choose 6:1 or 8:1 when bags are reused or stacked outdoors for weeks. Cross-corner 4-loop bags handle off-center loading better, while duffle-top and spout-bottom bags make filling and discharge dust-tight.

For flammable powders we recommend Type C (conductive, grounded at discharge) or Type D (static-dissipative, no grounding required); for hygroscopic products add a PE liner and UV-treated yarn to keep strength in hot, humid climates.

FAQs

What does a 5:1 safety factor mean for FIBC?

The bag's minimum breaking strength is five times its Safe Working Load (SWL). Our standard bags carry SWL 0.5-3 t with 5:1 single-trip, and 6:1 or 8:1 for reusable bags.

When do I need anti-static Type C or D FIBC?

For flammable powders or solvent-rich environments, Type C (conductive with grounding) or Type D (static-dissipative, no grounding required) is required. Tell us your product and we will recommend the right type.

Can FIBC bags be reused? How about UV protection?

Yes — with 6:1 or 8:1 safety factor versions. UV-treated yarn keeps strength for outdoor stacking; tell us your stacking duration and we will adjust UV additive level.

Do you support EU packaging compliance (PPWR) for exports to Europe?

Yes. Under the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation ((EU) 2025/40), in force since 12 August 2026 and replacing Directive 94/62/EC, packaging placed on the EU market must be compliant and documented. We provide packaging material and recyclability information and work with your importer to prepare the compliance documentation your shipment needs.
