The block-bottom valve bag is produced from laminated PP woven tubing on German W&H and Convertex heat-seal lines. Both the top and the bottom are heat-sealed with no sewing thread, so the bag stands flat on the pallet and feeds cleanly into fully automatic packing machines at 60–120 bags per minute.
The flat block bottom enlarges the standing area for stable palletizing, and the heat-sealed valve keeps filling dust-free. The side gusset allows the bag to expand to the requested capacity. From yarn drawing, circular weaving and film coating through printing to bag-making, everything is completed in our Lanxi plant, giving us full control over quality and delivery.
Thanks to the heat-sealed block bottom and laminated body, the bag stays airtight during filling and keeps cement powder dry even in humid ocean transit to West Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Fabric grammage, valve opening size and bag dimensions are set to your packing-line and market requirements.
Up to 8-color printing is available for brand logos, barcodes and batch codes. We have production experience with French + Arabic, English and trilingual artwork for export markets, and print registration is verified before mass production.
OEM / ODM welcome. Size, grammage, valve type, print layout and PE liner can all be customized. MOQ from 10,000 pcs; standard delivery 15–20 days. Finished bags pass tensile, drop, print adhesion and heat-seal strength checks before shipment.
The one-way self-sealing valve closes the bag the moment filling stops, so cement powder cannot escape during filling, palletizing or transport. The heat-sealed block bottom removes needle holes entirely and enlarges the standing footprint, letting 25–50 kg bags stack 10–12 layers high without slippage on automatic palletizers.
Bags for cement are printed to GB 175-2023 / EN 197-1 marking requirements and can carry up to 8 colors, including logo, strength class (e.g. P·O 42.5R), weight, barcode and batch code. We print French+Arabic, English and trilingual layouts, and check color registration before mass production.
A few finished valve bags off our line — domestic cement brands, export orders to West Africa, and building-materials customers. Your own artwork can be printed up to 8 colors on the same laminated PP woven tubing.

A valve bag has a one-way self-sealing valve and a heat-sealed flat bottom, so cement powder stays inside with almost no dust leakage; sewn bags need an extra closing step and can leak dust through needle holes.
With a valve-adapted rotary packer, 60-120 bags/min; the valve also stops cement dust escaping during filling.
MOQ 10,000 pcs (negotiable) and 15-20 days after deposit confirmation.
